We got it!

After some back-and-forth negotiations with the seller, we signed the contract to buy the house today. We will close within 60 days. So, time to get that condo sold!

New Blog

Shamelessly stealing the idea from my brother and sister-in-law, this blog is to post pictures of the new house we should soon have in Old Louisville, plus anything we may do to it. Mostly, it's to cause uncontrollable jealousy among those friends and relatives of ours not living in or moving to a city where you can buy a large Victorian home in good condition in a huge historical district for around $200,000.

As you can see, it is far too much house for 2 people and 2 small dogs, but we're apparently very stupid.
